Meet Your Co-Leaders: Cynthia & Justine

Justine and Cynthia bring together decades of experience in yoga, embodiment, and earth-based wisdom to guide others through transformation and connection.

Justine’s teachings are deeply rooted in her two decades of Hatha yoga study with her teacher, Sofia Diaz, and in her life as a mountain dweller at 9,260 feet, where she and her family built their straw bale home by hand. Her practice and teaching are shaped by the rhythm of nature—strengthening the body, steadying the mind, and finding grace in the daily “chop wood, carry water” moments of life.

Cynthia is a former corporate leader turned Inner-Wilderness Guide who bridges structure and surrender, ambition and alignment. As the founder of Rooted Truth Coaching, she leads psilocybin retreats, teaches yoga, and mentors seekers through nature connection, microdosing, and embodiment. Her work integrates ancient wisdom and modern insight to help others release control, return to their true nature, and experience freedom from within.

Together, Justine and Cynthia create a grounded, heart-centered space where yoga, nature, and self-inquiry meet—offering participants a chance to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and the mountain landscape that mirrors life’s natural transitions.
