Introduce your child to the joys of yoga with our Kids Yoga program, designed to nurture both their physical and emotional well-being in a fun and supportive environment. Our after-school Kids Yoga program offers weekly classes, alternating monthly between younger children (grades K-2) and older children (grades 3-5). Our Kids Yoga Camp blends all ages together for a week of mindfulness, creativity and yoga.

Grades K-2: Playful games and creative poses build balance, coordination, and a love for yoga.
Grades 3-5: Engaging sequences and mindfulness practices build strength, focus, and confidence.

Yoga helps kids enhance focus, improve flexibility, and manage stress—all in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Empower your child to grow strong in body and mind!

Embark on a journey of joy, flexibility, and fun at our Kids Yoga Summer Camp! Designed specifically for young adventurers aged 6 to 12, our camp, invites children to connect with their inner selves through the playful and peaceful practice of yoga.

  • Yes! But your child needs to be registered for the full session 2 days prior to the session beginning.

  • Yes! Drop-ins are $22. Please note that your child will NOT be able totake the bus if they are a drop in.

  • Yes! We provide an organic and healthy snack. Please send your child with a water bottle.
