At Tadasana Mountain Yoga we welcome those just beginning a yoga practice. We offer a free 30 minute consultation to help you find the right classes for your practice and go over some basic postures. 

We encourage you to try different  classes and different teachers. While you may feel challenged in the beginning, with consistency, you will be amazed at how quickly you gain strength and flexibility. Additionally, awareness of breath and breathing techniques through meditation will bring calm and relaxation to your daily life.


Tips for beginning your yoga practice:


  • Take a break and rest whenever you need to and listen to your body.

  • Listen to your teacher. They will offer modifications to make poses accessible and keep you safe.

  • Ask your teacher questions that come up during practice.
