Nestled in the scenic Rocky Mountains, Tadasana Mountain Yoga is a warm and inviting community studio that celebrates all levels of practice.
We are a gathering place for Mountain Yogis and visitors alike, with classes that range from rigorous and adventurous to grounding and restorative — all rooted in our love for yoga and our mountain home. After losing our studio to a fire in October 2025, our practice continues across our community — in local lodges, shared spaces, and wherever Mountain Yogis gather to move and breathe together.

Our class schedule is designed for mountain town living—whether you're up with the sun, working a traditional schedule, or building your day around fresh air and flexibility. From early mornings to evening classes and plenty in between, there’s something for every kind of day.
